We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience whenever you shop with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made the return process easy.
Jhoomarattire does not offer a “cash refund.”
However, there are specific cases where a refund is allowed. Refunds may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order before we start processing the shipment.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order at any time before it has been processed. Jhoomarattire reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as an item being out of stock, errors in pricing, defects found during quality control, or the credit/debit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
- Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
- Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered
Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. You can email us at given address. We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep. Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of the same value, which can be used for the online store ONLY.
