Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver the parcel to our valued customers immediately. You will receive a verification link on your mobile number to verify your order. Once verified, orders will be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Please pay the rider before opening the package for Cash on Delivery orders.

Expected Delivery Time

Delivery time for unstitched and ready-to-wear articles is 2-4 working days. Delivery time for customized stitching is 15-20 working days.

Shipping Charges

In Pakistan, we charge Rs 200 for shipments less than or equal to Rs 5000. There are no delivery or shipping charges for shipments above Rs 5000. For international customers, shipping is calculated at checkout. Please Note that Free shipping does not apply to order exchanges.

Couriers

Depending upon your city, we use TCS, Swyft Logistics, Call Courier, and WithRider Logistics to send all our shipments for prompt and timely deliveries in Pakistan. For International Customers, We Use Dhl, Fedex, And Ups.

Track My Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you and WhatsApp (If you have WhatsApp on your number) the details with a link to track it and your unique tracking ID. The link will directly track your order. Alternatively, you can also track your order from our website.

Delays

Jhoomarattire tries to make deliveries as quickly as possible. However, due to certain unexpected situations, order deliveries may be delayed. Jhoomarattire does not assume responsibility for delayed deliveries, though it does everything it can to avoid them.
